DIRECT ANSWER

The HoopCasters Client Appointment Network gives eligible professionals an opportunity to review available information about a consumer request before deciding whether to accept it. The professional reviews available context while private contact information remains protected, then accepts or declines.

If declined or expired, the opportunity can move to another eligible professional. After the required acceptance and payment steps are completed, protected buyer contact becomes available.

The Network does not guarantee opportunities, appointments, clients, transactions, closings or revenue.

How does an opportunity move through the network?

Request. Route.

Review. Decide.

Connect.

  • Request — a consumer asks for professional help.
  • Route — HoopCasters routes to an eligible professional under applicable criteria.
  • Review — the professional sees available context while private contact stays protected.
  • Decide — accept or decline within the applicable review window.
  • Rotate — declined or expired opportunities can move to another eligible professional.
  • Unlock and connect — required acceptance and payment unlock protected contact.

What can I review before I accept?

Depending on the experience, context can include state, readiness result, timeline, target home price, preferred contact method, appointment options and the consumer’s question. Not every opportunity contains every field.

What information stays protected during review?

The consumer’s private contact information stays protected until the applicable acceptance and payment requirements are completed. Opportunity context and private contact information are different.

What happens when I accept or decline?

Accepting requires completion of the applicable acceptance and payment steps before contact unlocks. Declining allows the request to continue toward another eligible professional.

An expired review window can also move the opportunity on.

Why can an opportunity move to another professional?

The Network keeps the consumer request moving when the first professional does not accept, without requiring the consumer to start over. Another eligible professional is not guaranteed to exist.

How does HoopCasters decide who receives an opportunity?

Applicable factors can include licensed market or state, active Network status, routing eligibility, availability and the applicable routing sequence. It is not a public marketplace where every professional sees every request.

What is the marketplace workspace?

A focused workspace can show Network status, routing eligibility, licensed markets, availability, calendar and notification information, and opportunity activity. It is not presented as a generic CRM.

What happens after a homebuyer requests help?

The request can enter a structured process. A professional can review useful context while private contact remains protected.

If accepted and applicable requirements are completed, contact becomes available. If declined or expired, HoopCasters can attempt to route again.

No acceptance, appointment, financing or transaction is guaranteed.

How is Client Appointment Network pricing structured?

Paid HoopCasters Buyer Checkpoint partners: $159 per month plus $250 per accepted appointment, with no additional Network setup fee. Other eligible professionals: $297 one-time setup plus $159 per month plus $250 per accepted appointment.

Payment does not guarantee volume or results.
